Flexible Payment Planning

Is bankruptcy expensive?

Can I afford an attorney?

When your debt problems reach the point that digging yourself out one payment at a time seems impossible, adding a new expense might seem out of the question. Even if you've never hired a lawyer yourself, you know legal services can be costly. In fact, part of your debt problem might even stem from old legal fees.

Thankfully, bankruptcy is what is known as a "transactional" legal service. Meaning you pay one, flat fee at the beginning and that takes you through to the end of your case.

As a virtual bankruptcy practice, at Enright Law Center we keep our overhead costs low and pass the savings on to our clients. In 90% of our cases we can keep our end of the fees for a chapter 7 filing below $2,000. (note: there are additional court fees of around $400)

In any case, we will never recommend filing with us unless it makes good financial sense for you to do so. But if you compare the above costs with the amount of debt you can eliminate, you'll start to understand the value. Call or message us today and we can find out relatively quickly whether bankruptcy makes sense for you.
